Teachers need hands-on quality experiential learning to begin to understand the possibilities of teaching with, and about, ICT. They need a continuous process for building their knowledge, skill, confidence, and ideas. They need a community of practitioners to trouble-shoot, problem-solve, commiserate, solution-find, and hypothesis-test in a continuous, recursive, reflexive process of engagement. These engagements need to be valued, rewarded, acknowledged.
